Synopsis: Seth Rogan plays a journalist who is willing to go above and beyond to get his information, but when his company is bought out by a media conglomerate, he loses it and quits his job. To try and help Seth get over the loss of his job, best friend O’Shea Jackson takes him to a party, where he runs into former babysitter now Secretary of State Charlize Theron, the two have a mini reunion, and Seth makes a fool of himself yelling at the CEO of the media conglomerate that bought his company. After a few days Charlize’s team reaches out to Seth Rogan to try and get him a job helping writing speeches for her. Seth accepts and is on the trail with her as she announces she will be running for president. But during their journey, something clicks and they begin to fall for each other.

Review: A really fun movie, with a cast you wouldn’t normally see together. This movie showed Charlize Theron can work with anyone and still put out a quality performance. Her and Seth Rogan had good chemistry throughout and gave us plenty to laugh about. I thought overall the storyline and general pace of the movie was solid, and everyone played their role well. We got a traditional funny performance from Seth Rogan that he has become famous for. Overall a really good outing, and a good comedic movie!

Favorite Scene: When Seth Rogan and Charlize Theron go to a rave to get away from their stresses of government life, Seth and Charlize do molly. Charlize gets called in to handle secret business and is tripping. She manages to get through it but a lot of hilarity ensues as she completes her task.

Recommendation: If you are a fan of Seth Rogan and his style of movies then most definitely see this. It also gives a different side of Charlize Theron that you don’t always get to see. It was a very fun movie!
